Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Items that have been worn, used, or show signs of usage are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non returnable and non refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom or made to order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non defective returns.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly through replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
